If you experience pain or discomfort, this session helps investigate the cause. Based on the findings, I’ll create a personalized workout program tailored to your needs, ensuring every session supports your goals effectively.

Your personal nutrition Consultation.

In this session we will review your last 7 days of food intake to build the foundation for a personalised food plan. To ensure long-term success, the plan will be focused on education and will include foods you enjoy, allowing us to create a sustainable and effective approach together.

Track your metrics & Goal Setting.

During this session we establish a clear, measurable objective & determine a realistic target date. By defining your goal in detail, we can create a focused and actionable plan that is broken down into manageable steps, identifying the specific actions, habits, and milestones required for success.
