Your step by step guide to success.

How to truly lay the foundations to your long-term success.

I don't take this process lightly, when people come to truly change, it is important the foundations are strong.

Step One.

Book your Consultation.

Nothing scary, do not worry.

Just an opportunity to see if we are the right fit for each other, or whether there may be a better coach or method for you.

The purpose of the consultation is to clearly define your goals & identify any challenges that may be hindering your progress or that have stopped you before. From there, I will develop a personalised strategies to help you overcome these challenges & confidently move you toward your target.

Step Two.

Collaborate on a plan of action.

A movement assessment is a full-body evaluation of your mobility, stability, and strength, identifying any muscle tightness, weaknesses, or imbalances.

If you experience pain or discomfort, this session helps investigate the cause. Based on the findings, I’ll create a personalized workout program tailored to your needs, ensuring every session supports your goals effectively.

Your plan of action is going to be tailored. It might be in Person in Preston or we may be working remotely.

Either way, there will be training, nutrition and coaching nuances that will suit you best.

Step Three.

Nutrition

In this session we will review your last 7 days of food intake to build the foundation for a personalised food plan. To ensure long-term success, the plan will be focused on education and will include foods you enjoy, allowing us to create a sustainable and effective approach together.

Coaching people to athletic results in body composition and performance are my strengths.

With this, I am aware that without fuelling your performance or tailoring your food intake, you will make the road to results harder for yourself.

We will address this early door with a simple, practical approach to food.

Step Four.

Measuring Progress

During this session we establish a clear, measurable objective & determine a realistic target date. By defining your goal in detail, we can create a focused and actionable plan that is broken down into manageable steps, identifying the specific actions, habits, and milestones required for success.

What gets measured, gets managed. I will be here to hold you accountable to the actions that we set.

What better way, than to track specific metrics over time. I will educate you on which metrics matter and for what reason.

We will then review your progress fortnightly or monthly and refer back to these metrics.

Step Five.

Accomplishment.

Being guided through this step-by-step process is not just empowering, as you will learn and grow as a person whilst getting the results you dreamed of.

But not just that, there is going to be some pretty big successes that you probably didn't even plan for.
